Where is the event held?
Our classes are held in a casual classroom environment near the Galleria area of North Dallas.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking is free and easily accessible by car from local hotels.

What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please bring your own laptop as we will be working on items during class.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes - your registration is fully transferrable.

What types of payment do you accept?
Dallas Search Engine Academy accepts Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Company Check payments. We love using the Eventbrite service, but unfortunately it is misleading in that includes a logo for Diners Club (which do not accept at this time). What is the refund policy?
Your ticket is non-refundable - however, we offer our SEO training classes throughout the year. If you would like to take the two-day Essentials class during one session and the three-day Advanced class at a separate session, we will be glad to arrange that for you. The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes - as long as one person attends for each paid ticket - that is all that is required.
